Check-in is all day Friday, April 5th from 8am-6pm (No set up earlier than 8am and not after 6pm). Show hours are Saturday, April 6th from 9am to 5pm and Sunday, April 7th from 10am to 4pm.


You, the artist or craftsman of items in the booth, must stay with your display and show both Saturday and Sunday. You must remove your merchandise immediately after Sunday closing. You cannot start packing prior to 4pm Sunday. Each booth will receive two vendor passes (that must be worn while on site) and one parking pass.


Artists exhibit spaces are 10’x10‘ at a cost of $130 each plus $35 for electrical hookup, if needed. Electrical hookups are limited. Specify on your application whether or not you need electricity. You must bring your own 100ft. extension cord (12 gauge minimum).


We do not guarantee the same placement as in prior years but will make every effort to do so.


Each vendor is responsible for their own display needs (table, tents, etc.) There will be no nailing or affixing of anything to walls or trees on the grounds.


Your NAME and CITY OF RESIDENCE must be displayed.


Vendors must collect and remit sales tax to appropriate officials.


No radios, CD/MP3 playing, television, etc. are allowed during exhibition hours.


Melrose Plantation/ APHN are not liable in any way for damage, loss of items or injury to persons participating. You may secure your own personal insurance. Reasonable care will be exercised.


Only original creative items are to be displayed and sold. No Manufactured, imported or resale goods will be allowed. Vendors found in non-compliance will be required to remove said items or be asked to leave without compensation. This will be strictly enforced.


Melrose is a family oriented festival. All work must be appropriate for a general audience, including children. The festival reserves the right to remove exhibitor and/or items which violate show rules and anything of questionable taste.


NO ANIMALS are allowed and NO SMOKING is permitted on the grounds.


Your application commits you to the festival. No refunds will be made. In the case of cancellation after payment, you may apply your fee to the next year’s festival if you provide us with a 14 BUSINESS DAY ADVANCE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.


Vendor vehicle/trailer parking is extremely limited and on a first come basis. Exhibits must be unloaded and vehicles immediately removed so that other vendors can unload. Vehicle traffic on the site will be restricted. Be prepared, your booth may not have direct vehicle access.
